Letters

Dear Dr. Seplow,

I am writing to thank you for the recent treatment and subsequent improvement of "Luke"'s skin condition. As you will recall, "Luke" has been treated with conventional veterinary medicine including steroid injections, antibiotics, antihistamines and too many topicals to list here.

Additionally, "Luke" had been allergy-tested and many allergies were identified. Our conventional vet offered allergy shots for dust mites as the next step. Well, I keep a pretty clean home but dust is unavoidable! I told my conventional vet that we were going to try holistic medicine, as I was concerned about longterm steroid use.

Thanks to you, after three months of treatment, "Luke" looks like a new dog and his behavior is greatly improved. I, too, have learned from you the importance of balance of yin/yang in a more profound way, including diet. The homeopathis method is slower than steroid, so we had to be patient with our canine patient. The results are truly remarkable with "Luke". Our dog handler could hardly believe it was the same dog! "Luke" thanks you too!

Sincerely,
Julia (Tibby) Parker.

Dear. Dr. Seplow,

As you know, our dog "Bailey" was diagnosed with FCE (Fibrocartlaginous embolism) on July 15, 2006. He was completely paralyzed in all four legs. "Bailey"'s right front leg was more severely affected than the others. He could move his head and wag his tail only, and give stinky kisses.

We basically had an invalid dog that we loved so much that we could not put him down. He had a long stay at the animal hospital where they took very good care of him. When we would go to visit him he would look at us with those big brown eyes and give us lots of those stinky kisses. It was if he was telling us ,"Please help me, I don't want to die". So, we decided to try to rehabilitate him. We felt that he deserved at least a chance to recover after being through such a horrible and debilitating ordeal.
I was talking with my friend Katie and she suggested that I give you a call to see if you could help "Bailey". My husband and I are so happy that we made that call!

After a few short months, "Bailey"is now able to go potty on his own, sit up, maneuverhis body to get where he want to go, his attitude is better, and he can play with all his squeaky toys. Three of his legs are working and getting stronger. We're still working on the right front leg. His appetite is back, and looks forward to his favorite time of day...."snacks".

We can never thank you enough for all your encouragement, and wonderful holistic care that you have given "Bailey". Without you, and your special herbs/acupuncture, "Bailey" would not have progressed so rapidly.

We love you, and "Bailey" loves you too!

Sincerely,
Shelly and Frank Pasik
